Jeff’s practice includes a broad range of business transactions. His experience includes the representation of buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing transactions, and lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions, project financings and commercial loans.
Jeff also conducts a general practice that includes mergers and acquisitions of both private and public entities in various fields including oil and gas and energy-related entities and general bankruptcy matters including the representation of both debtors and creditors.

- Represented administrative agent on a $825 million credit facility to a midstream pipeline holding company.
- Represented administrative agent on a $206 million credit facility to a seismic equipment company.
- Represented administrative agent on a $550 million credit facility to a natural gas distribution company.
- Represented publicly-traded exploration and production company in connection with its $350 million credit facility.
- Represented administrative agent on a $175 million credit facility to a coal production company.
