- Representation of commercial mortgage loan originators in securitization programs involving various retail, office, hotel, multi-family, self-storage and mobile home projects
- Representation of loan servicers in connection with loan assumptions, modifications, workouts and exercise of remedies (including foreclosure)
- Representation of property owners in relation to commercial leases (retail, office, restaurant and shopping centers), management agreements, rooftop antenna agreements, food service agreements and purchase and sale agreements
- Representation of agents, participants and borrowers in structuring and negotiating, including all related due diligence, of both secured and unsecured multimillion and billion dollar asset-based credit facilities
- Representation of lenders in subscription loan facilities and warehouse credit facilities
- Drafting corporate governance documents, forbearance agreements and demand letters
