Johanna S. Coulter
Senior Attorney
Johanna has extensive experience in Superfund matters including negotiation of consent decrees at the state and federal level; implementation and enforcement of consent decrees; development of ecological and human health risk assessment; PRP negotiations; public relations on active Superfund matters; and Brownfields revitalization projects. She also has handled all transactional and corporate matters including international environmental projects, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions as well as environmental litigation experience including groundwater contamination litigation and administrative proceedings.
Johanna`s other expertise includes PRP allocation disputes and sediment issues in the Superfund context. Currently, she is managing the implementation of consent decrees for an RI/FS on a large site in the Northeast, coordinating Brownfields redevelopment efforts and PRP relations, and assisting in contribution litigation.
