José is an Associate in the Austin office’s Technology and Emerging Companies Group. His practice focuses on representing technology entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies, primarily in the context of formation, angel and venture capital financings, acquisitions, and corporate governance.
While attending Harvard Law School, he was the recipient of Dean's Scholar Prizes in Securities Regulation, Law and Finance of Startup Companies, and Business Strategy for Lawyers.
