Kelly concentrates her practice in the area of Executive Compensation/Employee Benefits. She works with both large and small employers on an array of employee benefits, including qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, stock-based plans, severance plans and other executive compensation arrangements. Her experience also includes drafting and ensuring compliance of employee benefit plans, representing clients before the IRS and DOL and assisting in employee matters related to corporate mergers and acquisition.
