Lee concentrates his practice on employee benefit and employee compensation issues. Particularly, Lee designs, drafts and qualifies with the IRS qualified employee benefit plans such as traditional and cash balance defined benefit plans, profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, savings or thrift plans, money purchase pension plans, target benefit plans and employee stock ownership plans. Lee provides advice to fiduciaries of employee benefit plans on design issues, compliance matters, corrective procedures and terminations. He also provides advice and counsel regarding plan administration, including support in selecting and engaging recordkeeper and third-party administrators for retirement and welfare plans.
