Lauren's practice consists of a broad range of financing transactions. Her experience includes secured-lending transactions, commercial loans and project financings, specializing in the energy industry including alternate energy. She has experience representing developers in construction financing, letter-of-credit facilities and in drafting equity-capital-contribution agreements.
In addition to handling transactional matters, Lauren also has labor and employment law experience. She has assisted clients with employment law counseling and workplace disputes. She has also prepared non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements, release and settlement agreements, and employee, consultant and independent-contractor agreements, and she has assisted with the development of personnel policies, procedures and handbooks.
