  • Conducted client interviews and represented client during interviews with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in criminal investigation alleging wire fraud
  • Drafted sentencing memoranda in wire fraud, Act to Prevent Pollution From Ships, and obstruction of justice cases
  • Represented client at sentencing hearing before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and achieved favorable result by avoiding any period of incarceration
  • Analyzed and created detailed summary of transactions to assist a Fortune 100 company’s internal investigation of allegations of Foreign Corrupt Practices Action violations by one of its foreign subsidiaries
  • Revised Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance program for foreign subsidiary of the Fortune 100 company
  • Interviewed whistle-blower in preparation for an anti-kickback and off-label promotion investigation
  • Served as second chair during breach of contract trial and managed all phases of litigation
