Leslie is an associate in the Corporate/Securities section of the Houston office. She represents domestic and international companies and private equity firms on a variety of corporate transactions. She assists clients in U.S. capital markets transactions and advises clients regarding periodic SEC reporting, corporate governance and compliance matters. Leslie also advises clients regarding mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
