Lisa E. Morfey
Counsel
Lisa's practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on toxic tort, products liability, premises liability, personal injury, probate litigation, fiduciary litigation, and wills and trusts litigation.
In her mass tort practice, Lisa has represented a wide variety of clients, including product manufacturers, premise owners, and contractors in claims involving exposure to asbestos, silica and benzene. She has defended major oil companies, chemical companies and contractors in claims involving toxic tort litigation.
In her probate and fiduciary litigation practice, Lisa has represented clients in multimillion-dollar lawsuits involving executors, trustees and other fiduciaries. She has represented clients in will contests, declaratory actions, removal actions and breach of fiduciary duty suits.
