Luciane's practice focuses on domestic and international business transactions, general corporate matters, domestic and international commercial litigation and energy. Her experience includes advising financial institutions and preparing documentation relating to structured finance matters in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean, advising clients in the formation and incorporation of entities throughout the United States, representing clients in U.S. litigation and energy matters. Prior to pursuing her U.S. LLM, Luciane has worked in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil as a sole practitioner representing clients in various commercial litigation matters.
