M. Kaylan Dunn

Kaylan is an Associate in the Litigation section of the Houston office. Her practice includes general litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation for private clients within the oil and gas, banking and manufacturing industries. Her practice currently focuses on contract disputes, business torts, probate, as well as mass tort and products liability.
Kaylan's experience includes assisting in the defense of a national bank in a $47.5 million suit for wrongful foreclosure of collateral where she drafted motion and trial briefs, reviewed documents and helped with the preparation of witnesses for trial.
