Margo practices in the public law area. Her focus is public finance, serving as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and disclosure counsel in tax-exempt bond transactions for school districts, cities, counties and authorities throughout Texas. She has been active in transportation, utility, port, aviation, education and convention center and entertainment facility financings.
Margo also represents local governments as general counsel to economic development entities and as special counsel in election, legislation and redistricting matters, as well as public/private financing of projects such as sports and entertainment facilities, convention and exhibition centers, educational facilities and recreational facilities.
