Mark is a commercial litigator with a broad-based practice that enables him to serve a diverse and growing client base. Mark provides practical and effective counseling to his clients in an attempt to effectively and efficiently prosecute or defend litigation. Mark's legal experience includes managing all aspects of litigation from pre-lawsuit through appeal. He represents a variety of publicly-traded and privately-held corporations, investor funds, and individuals. He has considerable experience litigating cases involving theft of trade secrets and confidential information, labor and employment matters, intellectual property, work-outs, construction and liens, securities fraud, fiduciary obligations, contract and partnership disputes, and products liability.
Mark served as a clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Robert G. James (W.D. La.) after law school. Mark grew up in East Texas and South Arkansas and is a graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law and Louisiana Tech University. He and his wife, Karin, live in Dallas with their three children.

- Represented corporation in defense of shareholder derivative action brought pursuant to Texas state law; drafted briefs in state trial and appellate courts
- Represented food manufacturer in trade secret dispute
- Represented manufacturer against lawsuit brought pursuant to federal environmental laws
- Represented oil and gas corporation in qui tam action regarding alleged environmental contamination in the Gulf of Mexico
- Prosecuted breach of contract and fraud action against rent-to-own corporation
- Represented foreign tire manufacturer in defense of products liability action
- Participated in arbitration on behalf of national media corporation in employment contract dispute
