Marty's practice includes a broad range of private financing transactions, including both secured and unsecured investment-grade loans. Her practice involves representation of both lending institutions and borrowers in commercial financing transactions and real estate transactions. Her practice includes syndicated and structured finance transactions and multicurrency transactions as well as workouts and restructuring of such transactions.
Marty has experience documenting and negotiating loans secured by many different types of assets, including commercial, energy and real estate assets. She also has handled mezzanine financing deals secured by both personal and real property and is familiar with the unique structuring aspects involved in mezzanine transactions.

- Counsel to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent on $100,000,000 syndicated credit facility to Benchmark Electronics, Inc.
- Counsel to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and J.P. Morgan Europe Limited, as administrative agents on syndicated revolving and acquisition facilities denominated in U.S. Dollars and Euros to Dynamic Materials Corporation
- Counsel to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent on $1 billion syndicated floor plan and acquisition facility to Group 1 Automotive, Inc.
- Counsel to General Electric Capital Corporation in connection with its mezzanine debt portfolio including originations and workouts in connection with existing portfolio
- Counsel to Frontier Oil and Refining Company in connection with its $500 million credit financing
- Counsel to hedge fund on mezzanine acquisition term loan to a major Texas homebuilder, secured by real estate inventory throughout the state
