  • Assisted in federal criminal representation of defendant alleged to have trafficked in human growth hormone in violation of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Issues included international search and seizure, improper extradition, and complex statutory construction.
  • Protected developer’s confidential and proprietary information from public disclosure by governmental entities.
  • Defended physicians practice group against breach of contract claims involving alleged improper termination of doctor.
  • Second chair at arbitration involving complex contract dispute over acquisition of internet company. Company and company’s managing partner were fully vindicated and awarded out-of-pocket costs by arbitrator.
  • Assisted in representing plaintiff in trademark infringement dispute between two life insurers over company names.
  • Defended local restaurant against ADA-related claims, which resulted in favorable settlement.
