Since joining Andrews Kurth over a decade ago, Michael has successfully represented clients in cases across the spectrum of commercial litigation. His versatility allows him to efficiently navigate complex disputes involving multiple parties, claims, and issues. Michael has extensive experience with cases involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, conversion, tortious interference with contract, and other business torts. Whether prosecuting or defending these types of claims, Michael has achieved results for clients in multiple industries, including banking, real estate, landlord/tenant, and energy. Michael’s courtroom experience mirrors his broad-based practice. He has tried cases in state justice court, county court, and district court, as well as federal district court, and federal bankruptcy court. Michael has also represented clients in arbitration and on appeal.
