Nicole's practice encompasses all facets of commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes representation of both sellers and purchasers in individual as well as portfolio acquisitions and dispositions of office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties; representation of institutional owners in joint venture acquisitions and development of land; representation of a variety of entities in connection with commercial leasing, property management and similar agreements; and representation of loan servicers in connection with loan modifications, assumptions, workouts and foreclosures.
