- Commercial mortgage-backed securities, including representing loan sellers and issuers in representations and warranties compliance, disclosure, and other matters related to the aggregation of loans for securitization
- Loan servicing, including workouts and restructuring transactions
- Secondary market transactions such as pooled note sales, repurchase transactions and loan participations
- Legal risk evaluation methodology, including the development of proprietary data-capturing and processing
- Securitized lending programs, including the development of program guidelines, form loan documentation, and "best practices" protocols
- Structured finance transactions, including mezzanine, pari passu, A/B and other split loan structures
- Various other real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing and zoning/land use matters
