He has also served in senior management and legal roles at a rapidly growing publicly held company and at a Fortune 50 diversified industrial company.

- Represented the owner of a trona mine and soda ash facility in connection with the formation of a joint venture with a Japanese buyer of soda ash.
- Represented the owner of timberlands in connection with the sale and leaseback of those properties.
- Represented a publicly held company in connection with its spin-off of two subsidiaries.
- Negotiated and prepared project contracts on behalf of the developer of two power generating facilities.
- Represented several borrowers in connection with senior and subordinated credit facilities.
- Represented a packaging company in connection with its acquisition of two paper mills and the financing of the acquisition through two leveraged leases.
