Bob practices in the public law area. His focus is public finance, serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel or underwriter's counsel in tax-exempt bond transactions for cities, counties, school districts and special authorities throughout Texas. He has been active in education, transportation, utility, aviation, port, convention center and sports facility financings.
Bob, who served as City Attorney of Houston from 1978 through 1980, also represents local governments as special counsel in joint public/private development, election, redistricting and annexation matters.
