Roger represents companies, private equity funds and other institutions, as well as individual and institutional investors, in a variety of corporate advisory and transactional matters. He specializes in sophisticated, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, securities and joint ventures across a number of industries, including manufacturing, retail, real estate, software and technology. He adeptly guides boards of directors, special committees and other investors on growth strategy, restructurings, economic efficiency, and other corporate governance issues. Roger serves on the Asian Affairs Committee of the New York City Bar Association; the Alumni Admissions Board for Brooklyn Law School; and on certain alumni committees for Dartmouth College.
