Sherwood (Woody) O. Jones

Woody's practice focuses on energy project finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, involving both domestic and international transactions. During his more than 35 years of legal and business experience, Woody has served as outside and in-house corporate counsel, including positions as senior securities counsel, vice president and secretary of one of Houston's largest companies.
Events
Woody served in 1990 as Adjunct Professor of Law, University of Houston Bates College of Law. He has also lectured frequently at legal education seminars on limited liability companies, choice of entity in business transactions, small and emerging businesses in Texas and legal ethics.
