Stefanie Benitez

Stefanie practices corporate, securities and trademark law, representing domestic and international clients in various matters, including securitizations in the United States and Latin America, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private and public securities offerings, general securities law reporting and compliance, and corporate governance issues. She also prosecutes trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and in other countries.
Stefanie also has experience in international energy transactions. She has advised clients, including state-owned Chinese companies, in the acquisition of upstream oil and gas assets in Latin America.
Prior to joining Andrews Kurth, Stefanie worked in Lyon, France, as an intern in the Business Law practice group of Delsol et Associés, where she emphasized on international business transactions in the European Union, India, the Middle East and Russia.
