Griffin's practice focuses on providing risk management advice to health care providers and defending health care liability claims, including claims involving alleged physician malpractice, hospital and nursing negligence, products liability, and negligence of allied health care professionals. He advises clients on various aspects of risk management and claims handling regarding professional liability claims made against health care organizations, various issues relating to records confidentiality, matters relating to privileged nature of various documents and information, and preventative risk management for health care organizations. His practice also includes defense of litigation matters involving employment disputes, premises liability, products liability, general negligence claims, and non-subscriber employee injury claims. Griffin advises clients regarding risk management and risk avoidance for employment issues, products liability matters, and workplace injury risks.
