Partner
Tom is a partner with Andrews Kurth in the oil and gas group of the Business Transactions Section. He has broad experience in the foreign and domestic upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. He has worked on transactions in Europe, South America, Asia and Africa. He is on the Advisory Board for the Institute for Energy Law and the Co-Chairman of the AIPN Term Sheet Committee.
