Partner
Tim practices in the corporate and securities area. He represents issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of debt and equity and counsels clients on securities law compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other general corporate and securities matters. Tim also advises clients on intellectual property licensing issues and related agreements. His clients include investment banking firms and publicly traded and privately owned corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, including master limited partnerships. Tim has represented clients in a number of industries including energy, energy services, financial services, software and online web and application services. Prior to joining Andrews Kurth, he was Associate Counsel at Interliant, Inc. (NASDAQ: INIT), a pioneering Internet application service provider.
