Ken Miller Joins Andrews Kurth

HOUSTON, TX – Andrews Kurth announced today that Ken Miller, a corporate and securities lawyer with more than 30 years of experience, has joined the firm as a Partner in its Corporate/Securities section as of September 25, 2006.

Miller represents clients in the acquisition, disposition and operation of various enterprises; project financing transactions in foreign and domestic jurisdictions; public and private offerings of equity and debt; public reporting requirements; and entity selection and business planning issues. He will be based in the firm’s Houston office.

“Ken is a broadly-experienced corporate securities lawyer who has acted as an advisor and transaction counsel to clients in many different lines of business, in both domestic and international matters. He brings relationships and seasoning that will expand our practice and enhance our ability to serve our clients,” said Managing Partner Howard Ayers. “We are very pleased that he joined Andrews Kurth.”

Miller received his JD in 1974 from the University of Houston Law Center where he was a member of the Order of the Barons and Phi Delta Phi. He served on the Admissions Committee and was an editor of the Houston Law Review. He graduated with a BA in Government from The University of Texas in 1971.
