Andrews Kurth Represents IADB in 5-year US$50 Million Loan to Panama’s Banco General, S.A.
On December 9, 2008, the Inter-American Development Bank ("IADB") closed on a five-year US$50 million loan to Panama’s Banco General, S.A. (“Banco General”). The new funds will enhance Banco General’s efforts to support the expansion of its mortgage origination portfolio, focusing on lower-income homebuyers.
