Andrews & Kurth Adds Corporate and Securities Partner in New York

NEW YORK -- Andrews & Kurth L.L.P. announced today that David L. Concannon has joined the firm as a partner in the New York office.

Concannon's practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including merger and acquisition, capital markets and venture capital transactions, with an emphasis on the representation of technology companies. He has more than 10 years of transactional experience, having served both as outside counsel at Wall Street law firms and as general counsel to a Nasdaq National Market traded technology company.

Andrews & Kurth's technology lawyers provide a broad range of legal services technology-oriented businesses, including Internet business to business and business to consumer e-commerce companies, Internet infrastructure software and services providers, network security and Internet authentication providers, among others.

Concannon is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law, class of 1990, and received an A.B. in English from the University of Michigan in 1987.
