Brian's practice focuses on a wide variety of general corporate and transactional matters, primarily in the context of venture capital financings, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He has an established track record of guiding emerging growth companies from incorporation and early stage financings through strategic exits such as initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes advising start-up and early-stage businesses on corporate legal issues, venture capital and other financings, stock options and other compensation matters. He also has experience representing companies, investors and financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, including IPOs, and other equity and debt financings.
